I always guess ridiculously young. It's the only safe route. Never give an inch on that one.
"You look, hmmm, 22?"
"No, really, how old do you think I am?"
"Geez, I'm not very good at this, am I? 21?"
Definitely the safe route.
I instantly loath people who demand that other people guess their age.
It's very insecure and needy.
