I don't begrudge GenZ/Alphas their stupid inside jokes, but I begrudge the people older than them who repeat those jokes thinking it makes them cool somehow. It's honestly embarrassing hearing people who are older than 25 go "haha, 67!"

I was pretty insecure about my age as I was approaching 40, but our culture in general has lost the ability to age gracefully and trying to pretend like you're "down with the kids" might fool them into thinking you're cool for a minute, but deep down, they know you're still however old you are and not one of them. And truth be told, I think a lot of them probably appreciate older people not trying to fool them given that seems to be the norm these days.
