America pays for our right to keep and bear arms in the blood of children and civilians because we will need these guns when the government starts stripping away our rights.

Like, hypothetically, if the government started spying on everyone in the country.

Or, hypothetically, if the government were to murder people in the streets under the guise of policing.

Or, hypothetically, if the government were to remove half the country’s bodily autonomy.

Or, hypothetically, if the government started eroding hard-fought voting rights until they are systemically dismantled.

Or, hypothetically, if the government were to ever have perpetrated a genocide on the indigenous peoples of our nation or enslaved a race of people.

If the government were to act in any sort of authoritarian manner, preserving our Second Amendment rights would be worth it, because True Patriots would be able to rise up and fight back with the guns that are soaked in the blood of children and civilians. Or, a bunch of swirly-eyed gun puds could siege Capitol Hill on behalf of a temper tantrum from a washed-up game show host.
